Very good laundromat with a lot of machines and variety of sizes to wash your clothes. They offer some laundry services as well so if didn't want to do my own laundry I would look into that. The laundromat is always clean and there is always a person or two to help around with your questions or machine issues.

Amazing service from Judy! We were visiting from out of town and just stumbled upon Wash World. My wife went inside and Judy was so polite and helpful answering all the questions my wife had. The next day, we dropped our laundry off for service and picked it up the next morning. Everything was washed, folded and sorted! We had stuff that could not be dried in the dryer and also needed free and clear detergent. Judy made all the arrangements and carried them out. Even came with a LARGE laundry bag to keep. Thanks so much for your wonderful service and bright smile! We will definitely use again when back in Omaha.

I have been coming to this wash world since moving into the area almost four years ago. Never been a negative experience. Judy is here almost every time I’ve come and she’s def a major asset to this company. Today I had the opportunity to meet Rose whom also went above and beyond for me. I appreciate them both so much and love this location!! Thank u ladies! C u next time.:)

I had to run to an event suddenly and my clothes weren't finished in the dryer. So I go up and ask if I can just leavey clothes in the dryer and come back in a few hours to finish One of the employees told me she would watch the dryer and fold my clothes for me and keep them in back until I got back. I was more than content just leaving my clothes in the dryer but she insisted on it and sure enough I came back she was wheeling the cart with my folded and my uniform shirt hung up. I believe her name was rosdienna (i am so sorry if I butchered her name I'm typing her name off of memory). But her and the other staff really sweet. Thank you guys!

This is hands down the best laundromat in Omaha! 👌👌👌 Not only do they offer the best prices in the area, but their machines are super fast, which saves a ton of time. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible service, especially from Keanté. He is amazing—he explains everything clearly, helps you with anything you need, and provides the best service ever. Highly, highly recommend!

The customer service is beyond exceptional! I talked to Brett who helped me get started, because I have never needed a laundry service before. My laundry was picked up and delivered right on time. When it was returned I was very pleased with how clean, fresh and nicely folded my clothes were. If you choose Wash World you won’t be disappointed!

I have been a customer of the Pacific street wash world location for goin on about 2 years now and will say that Its been nothing short of a great experience each and every time I have utilized the service! The facility is always so well kept! In my time with this facility, it has been a true joy in getting to know Ms. Judy! She has been a gem and very big help with taking great care of my laundry, ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner, they are also nicely wrapped and secured upon pick up. I honestly cant thank her enough for the time she saves me. I look forward to continuing in being a customer at the Pacific Street Wash World location. Thank you all!!
